You have the ability to tap into the wild flows of magic. This makes you better than lesser mortals, yadda yadda yadda...
Prerequisites: Spellcraft ranks [see below], Knowledge [Arcana or Religion] 4 ranks.
Description: When you select this feat, you gain access to magical spells and the ability to manifest them. These spells must be learned and memorised from Spellbooks like a core Wizard. To cast a spell, you must have it memorised and possess an Int/Wis score [depending on your magic type] equal to 10 + the level of the spell. Your save DCs are Cha based.
Note: You may take this feat multiple times. The prerequisites and benefits of such are listed in the table below:

Ok, I don't know whether this should be divided into two requests or remain as one, because (I hope ) It's not something big in scope.

I need two feats, maybe more, depending on the creative output from the party interested in making them.

First one is actually based off my previous request

    Quote:
The basic ideas I had so far were: allowing an automatic hit from your opponent, willingly failing a saving throw, willingly missing with your own attack, sacrificing hit points or taking Str/Dex/Con damage, becoming fatigued/exhausted/nauseated/flat-footed.

I still don't have any solid ideas about the effects, maybe scoring an automatic critical, doubling damage, automatic hit, ability to take a move/run (in response to failing a reflex saving throw against a fireball, for example).
Mulletmanalive suggested using Robilar's Gambit and Karmic Strike feats, so I did, but since my campaign entered epic levels recently I was wondering, could someone try making an epic feat or two, related to my quoted request, but having both RG and KS as prerequisites ??

The second part of the request would also be a feat - an epic Tactical feat, preferably an upgrade to either the Einhander /PHII/ or Stormguard Warrior /TOB/ feats.
Reposting request in hope of some output

Please, please, please when using non-core material, cite to the books. There are too many books to wade through to find the one with the feat, special ability or spell you use.

I'm looking for epic feats that continue th two weapon fighting string until you have no penalty for fighting with two weapons. Don't care if it's more than one feat.

Can someone stat up a Panda Bear and a Dire Panda?

Also, if its not too much, could someone come up with a more usable, better Anthropomorphic animal template? The one in Savage Species doesn't really match up with the Anthro animals they provided.

I really Don't see why a re-fluffed black bear cant fill your need. Can a Panda do something a Regular bear can't?

Also, as for the Anthromorphic Template part, you might look here.

Ignore the picture. I haven't looked over the class thoroughly but some of the other stuff in the project is pretty neat, so it might fit what your looking for.

    R. 498

While I'm here, I was wondering if anyone has seen or made a redone version of the Cancer Mage. I like the original class but I wanted to see if anyone has made any improvements on it.

Well, Pandas have something of a working "thumb" which other bears don't, but it does look like a recolored Black Bear should work, thanks.

Eh, it more allows for a generic creation of something that is an Anthro animal in a 6 level PC class and isn't a template that allows a real conversion. Thanks regardless though.

    C. 497 There is a pretty solid theiriomorph (sp?) creature template in Tome of Horrors Revisited.

I'm trying to remember the other places i've seen them...

The Bipedal template is in the Advanced Bestiary by Green Ronin. The template itself is OGC if i can make sense of their license [other stuff is reproduced elsewhere so it must be] but it would take me a month to format the damn thing for you... sorry

    Initiate of the Water Lord
You´ve met a Mishibizhiw and your devotion impressed him greatly enough to share his knowledge of magic with you.
Prerequisites: Able to cast divine spells, Knowledge (Nature 8 ranks) Knowledge (Religion) 4 ranks.
Benefits: As long as you don´t harm or eat any fish, cats or underwater panthers, don´t taint water and sacrifice 100gp worth of raw meats and pearls to the spirit every month, you cast [Water] and (healing) spells as well as theWater breathing spell at +1 caster level. Breaking these taboos results in you losing the benefits off this feat, and good Underwater panthers have an attitude of Unfriendly towards you. Only undertaking a dangerous quest on your patrons´´ behalf or getting an Atonement spell cast on you a caster who either has this feat or worships a god with Nature, Fey, or Water in his portfolio, restores the benefits of this feat.
Special: Must have made peaceful contact with an Underwater panther and must have been instructed by him on divine magic. A character who has this feat cannot have the Initiate of the Harbinger feat or take it in the future.

    Intiate of the Harbinger
By spreading terror in the name of underwater panthers you have proved yourself worthy to them and received their blessing
Prerequisites: Able to cast divine spells, Knowledge (Nature 8 ranks) Knowledge (Religion) 4 ranks.
Benefits: When wearing light or no armor and using a slashing or no weapon, you may make a full attack after a charge. You cast [Fear] spells at +1 caster levels. You add you (Charisma modifier, If positive), as a sacred/profane bonus to your Move silently and Swim checks. Associating with those who have the Initiate of the Water lord feat , harming or killing you sponsors or locking any room in which you, or your companions sleep or failing to spend one hour every night in very loud prayer (DC 20 Concentation check necessary to sleep or rest within hearing distance of you) results you losing the benefits of this feat, and evil Underwater panthers have an attitude of Unfriendly towards you. Only undertaking a dangerous quest on your patrons´ behalf or getting an Atonement spell cast on you a caster who either has this feat or worships a god with Nature, Fey, or Water in his portfolio, restores the benefits of this feat.
Special: You must have spread terror in the name, or under the instruction of Underwater panthers. The DM should work together with the player to decide what precisely this entails. A character who has this feat cannot have the Initiate of the Water lord or take it in the future.

    Defiler of the underwater cat
You ignore both sides of the totemist rivalry and instead decide to usurp the Spirit´s power for yourself.
Prerequisites: Prerequisites: Able to cast divine spells, Knowledge (Nature 8 ranks) Knowledge (Religion) 4 ranks.
Benefits: You can use the Underwater panther ability Terrifying howl
You can influence the behaviour of panthers and water animals witha Diplomacy check as you would with humans. You get a +4 competence bonus to Swim checks and either Move Silently or Hide.
However, all underwater panthers automatically have an attitude of Unfriendly towards you and Initiates of both stripes will try to kill you on sight, if they everfind out your true nature.
Special: A character who has this feet cannot have the Initiate of the Water lord or Initiate of the Harbinger or take any of them in the future, as well as vice versa.

PEACHing very mucn necessary. Thank you.

Also, as for the Anthromorphic Template part, you might look here.

Ignore the picture. I haven't looked over the class thoroughly but some of the other stuff in the project is pretty neat, so it might fit what your looking for.

While I'm here, I was wondering if anyone has seen or made a redone version of the Cancer Mage. I like the original class but I wanted to see if anyone has made any improvements on it.

As it so happens, you have made one! But, for others who may have wanted the answer to this.

I need a CR 7-ish monster. Something like an ooze that secretes an antimagic venom and is corrosive to metals.

Since the above post was a request i think >.<
R501 Item request. I have a character concept of a Warrior wielding a spiky Wrecking ball on a chain. How would this work out? Already accepted (/dm forced) taking Monkey Grip and Exotic Weapon proficiency. Character would be Human.
Edit: not sure if its necessary.. I'm asking for this weapon in D&D v3.5. Just thought that'd help

Glancing at the stats of the Heavy Flail and the Spiked Chain...

    Wrecker Flail:
    Exotic two handed weapon
    Cost: 75gp
    Damage: 1d10
    Crit: 19-20/x2
    Weight: 18 lb
Notes: The Wrecker Flail is a reach weapon that can be used out to 10ft but may still be used against adjacent targets. It can be used to begin a Trip without provoking attacks of opportunity and can be dropped to prevent your opponent tripping you back should you fail at the initial check. Because of its weight, you gain a +2 bonus on Trip checks made with it.

You'll be wanting a Large one [so it actually seems like a wrecking ball], leaving it with a weight of 72 lb [ridiculous i know] and dealing a whopping 2d8 damage.

As a note, because of the sheer physics of this, i'd probably apply a caveat that the weapon cannot be used to make more than one attack per round unless you have a master feat, and then encourage you to just use the conventional one, unless you were taking levels of Hulking Brute

R 502 In addition to the other thing, I need a PC race that can turn incorporeal (or ethereal) at will (or something close to it; e.g. a lot more easily than 3/day) with LA and/or RHD ≤2 and (preferably) no penalties to Dex, Int or Cha.

Okay, so as a result of an in-game joke gone way to far, I have the desire to build a wall-gun. A handheld firearm which fires full sized brick walls a fair distance. It should be able to fire them offensively as well as being able to fire them constructively.

Could anyone tell me how to build one of these?

Could I get a race of intelligent rat men like the Skaven from warhammer, but without any level adjustment? I don't like the anthro-rat stats, and were-rats aren't really rat-people all of the time.
I was thinking maybe their hand to hand attacks or whatever could deliver filth fever?

C 502 The bold is unnecessary, really. OGL to the rescue...

Normally, the character cannot pass through objects intentionally and lack the ability to interact with normal matter easily, leaving them with an effective strength penalty of -6.
    • Ethereal Shift: By making a Concentration check with a DC of 20 + Number of times this ability has been used since you last rested, the creature may become either fully incorporeal or fully corporeal for a number of rounds equal to their Constitution modifier + 3.
    • Failure in Concentration: Whenever you take damage, you must make a DC 15 concentration check or have all of the items you carry fall through your flesh, painfully. This deals a number of points of Subdual damage equal to your level.
    • Deflection: Because of the reactive transparency of your flesh, you gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Charisma bonus.
    • Level Adjustment: +1
Pick a name and run with it. While potent, this isn't a particularly efficient race. The original was +3 LA but totally useless. This is heavily modified and the original name is OGL.

C 503: This can be done using a Staff of Wall of Stone and Hurl StoneHeroes of Battle.

    H 504:

    Basic Ratmen:
    • +2 Dexterity, +2 Constitution, -2 Charisma, -4 Wisdom
    • Move 40ft
    • Medium size
    • +4 bonus on saves against diseases
    • +2 bonus on saves against poison
    • -2 penalty on saves against fear
    • 1d6 Bite attack
    • Carrier: the ratman is a host to far too many diseases for a sane being to think about too much. When the ratman successfully saves against a disease, he may opt to become a host. He is thereafter infectious and his bite [and any weapon he coats with his saliva] forces his opponents to save against this disease or contract it. No DC may exceed 10 + the ratman's Constitution modifier and the ratman may only retain a number of diseases equal to half the ratman's constitution modifier.

that suitable? The penalties are steep but you did want something like Skaven...
