    Hopefully someone can help me out here. I'm away from my books and I'm trying to remember what the trade off is to get the pounce ability for Lion Totem Barbarian.

    Yep, I meant the Complete Champion one. I seem to remember it being Fast Movement... but I couldn't recall whether there was anything else lost, or if that was it.
