I don't see them used very often and was wondering if there were any builds/feats/PrCs to accentuate them. And before you ask, I saw "No Country for Old Men" two months ago and thought it was Chigurh's most iconic kill.

The problem is that I think the only place they appeared was Song and Silence which (as far as I know) wasn't update to v3.5. Not to say that you can't use them, just that this is the most probable reason for their lack of support.
