Requesting an epic dude...

I was wondering if someone could draw me up a monster/god. His name is Nyarlathotep and he would probably have a terrifying CR. He needs to be able to shatter mortal minds like toothpicks and you might want to look here for inspiration. I also request that you arm him with this weapon and have his be powerful and epic.

Now im just hoping someone out their is up to bringing a lovecraftian diety to life.
