Al'Akbar information?

I'm looking for a sourcebook, magazine article, et cetera, detailing the Greyhawk deity Al'Akbar. Can anybody point me the right direction? I have the Greyhawk deities .pdf file, but that's pretty rudimentary. I'm looking for More, or perhaps even MORE.

In print is preferable, but not mandatory.

The Gazetteer is identical to the downloadable file. I'm looking for something... meatier, more in-depth. I'd like to avoid the hassle of creating it myself, hence the plea to folks at large.
