Bobobo?
Now we all know the cliché "D&D is becoming too anime!" Well that got me thinking. How would I make a Bobobo-bobo-bobo build? Would I use the whip stats for nosehairs? Is there another system in which I can make Bobobo more accurately?

I have no idea what you're talking about, but I've heard tell of an anime-based RPG called Big Eyes, Small Mouth (BESM). I believe there's a d20 version, plus the original version that uses some other system (though I don't know about it). That might be a good alternative for building anything anime-related.

I would consider rolling as many dice as you can find, hitting your hand with a hammer and then screaming as a means of making any Bobobo-bobo-bobo character.
