how does one best create a Scar Enforcer from the Races of Destiny?

I'd like to give it a shot.

Well, its a really cruddy PrC.

7/10 BAB, half caster progression, 3d6 Sneak Attack, d8 hit points, 6 Skill points from an ok list, and a few other minor abilities. You eventually get Hide in Plain Site, which is sorta nifty, but nothing that you can't get many other ways in a much easier fashion.

So there's really nothing to optimize that I can think of. Sorry. Maybe someone else has better ideas.

Yeah, it's a great -idea-... poor execution. I couldnt come up with a decent build at all.

I'll scrap that idea and try and find another one.
