DMing A PbP Game
I have a question, im thinking about hosting a PbP game on these forums, but I have no idea how to. I need some helpful suggestions and tips on how to run a low level D&Dv3.5 game. I know how to DM normally but i want to know if theres anything different if its on PbP

Re: DMing A PbP Game
First of all, let me direct you to the Sticky Thread - So you wanna be a DM?.
Second of all, expect it to basically move at a CRAWL. Especially in combat. The way to make up for this in PbP is to increase the RP/description on everybody's part.
Beguiler, you just got served.
ALL hail DirtyTabs, creator of this wonderful UserClone TRONpony!

Re: DMing A PbP Game
Change the initiative system, by scrapping it. Replace with this: "You go, guys. Okay, you're done, the bad guys go. You go again". Once that's done get to work with Maptool for maps, and TokenTool for the heroes.
