D&D Stats for a Demon Barber?
Recently, I've been contemplating running an adventure for my party based on the story of Sweeney Todd (and by Sweeney Todd, I mean the guy depicted in the penny-dreadful The String of Pearls and the George Dibdin Pitt play). The only problem is, I have no idea what the Demon Barber's stats would be. So, I'm open to any and all suggestions, and if anyone needs more details on the story, just ask.

Re: D&D Stats for a Demon Barber?
I suggest extremely bland expert, with low stats and power.
This kind of BBEG is made for a more role-play oriented campaign, so you don't need any uber stats, only a guy that won't stand out.Last edited by Guyr Adamantine; 2008-05-25 at 05:58 PM. Reason: Missing word change the sense of the phrase.

Re: D&D Stats for a Demon Barber?
I'm more familiar with the Musical by Steven Sondheim, because Steven Sondheim is a god of Musical theatre. And I digress.
Is the Barber in the Book similar to the one portrayed in the Musical?Come with me, time out of mind...

Re: D&D Stats for a Demon Barber?
I'd say something like Expert 3/Rouge 1.

Re: D&D Stats for a Demon Barber?
Rogue, Expert, or Factotum - he worked primarily by disguise, guile, and deception, so he needs a skill-heavy class.
Of course, by the time I finish this post, it will already be obsolete. C'est la vie.
