character challenge: Bill Lumbergh
it is TV law that Comedy Central will on average play the movie "Office Space" at least once a week during their line up. the other night, I caught such an occasion. And every time I watch it, Lumbergh easily reasserts himself as one of the greatest movie villains in my heart.
So, here's a fun little exercise... make a BBEG out of him.

I would be inclined to say he is a Marshal. He grants move actions (working on sunday!) and motivates charisma (make sure everyone knows that Friday is hawaiian shirt day!)
