Retraining Question

Can you retrain out of a paragon power? I find that the rogue lvl 11 paragon encounter power (for shadow assassin) is kinda useless after 21st level and I'd like to swap it out but i'm not sure if I can.

Nm, just reread retraining and noticed you can't retrain out of it. Helps if I actually read all of it i guess.

No, you get what the Paragon path gives you. That's why they are noted separately on the power advancement chart.

Why do you think it's useless? It's one of just a few ways for a Rogue to attack vs. Reflex. Being able to attack different defenses adds a lot to a character.
