When is the Giant going to publish a new book?
Hello everyone,
I'm new in the forum, but I've been reading the OOTS for a long time and I have all the four published compilations. Does anybody know when/if Rich is going to publish a new one?

It's supposed to be out by Christmas of 2008.

You just put your dragons on there and they'll get the clicks you need. And you can also click other people's dragons as well. I hope this helps.

Wasn't the "War and XPs" book supposed to be issued last Christmas? There were some talks about this book in April 2007 on this very forum.
You would think Rich would be eager to release albums ASAP to make some $$$

Yeah, but he doesn't want them to be poor quality. Plus this book is probably going to be BIG, he's got extra material to prepare.

If he just put out all the online comics in print form - and he could easily do that - then he could put it out in no time (minus printing time, etc.) But he adds a bunch of neat extras, like bonus strips and interesting commentaries, which takes time. The intro strips to Dungeon Crawlin' Fools (since a cast page just doesn't work as well in print form) alone are worth the cost of the book. Originally Posted by LP4

Also, the sellings are higher around christmas, so maybe he's delivering the publishing for marketing reasons.
