Master Specialist
Conjurer Master Specialist, to be exact. So as a Major School Esoterica he gets to cast spells with casting time of 1 standard action as a swift action. Compared to what other schools get - transmutation spells deal damage equal to the spell lvl, next to nothing in other words and other schools also pale in comparison to this one. That's one free quickened orb spell each round. Is it too much? Was the original intention to lessen the time needed to summon monsters, ie. reduce casting time from 1 round to 1 standard action, but somehow got lost in translation or what...?
Common sense is not so common.

Re: Master Specialist
You can always take the UA variant that makes all your Conjuration(Summoning) spells take 1 standard instead of 1 full round. Then your summonings can take advantage of your Major School Esoterica. Remember that Major Estoerica only good a few times a day though.
Granted, I think that variant is the one that requires you to drop your extra spells from specializing, but if you're looking to do nothing but monster summoning, I'd look into the Focused specialist as well.

Re: Master Specialist
Nah, it only gives up your familiar to get that variant.
So what you do is Shapechange into a Two headed bird thing, and then you cast Summon Monster IX 4 times in one round.
