This is my take on the lack of unarmed combat options, save for the ranger to monk conversion; I think these feats might synergize a little too well what that conversion, but I think it allows for great a cleric that acts like a monk. Though I think there might be a problem with a serious lack of AC down the line...

Unarmed Combat Neophyte
Benefit: You gain +3 weapon bonus to proficiency with unarmed strikes, and they have the off-hand property, dealing 1d6 damage. At 11th level they deal 1d8 damage, and at 21st level they deal 1d10 damage.

Defensive Fighting
Prerequisites: Wisdom 13, Dexterity 13
Benefit: You gain a +2 to AC when wearing Cloth or no armor. At level 21, it becomes a +3.

Focused Strike
Prerequisites: Wisdom 13, Strength or Dexterity 13
Benefit: You gain the use of the Focused Strike at-will power.

Focused Strike Utility

Effect: Gain wisdom modifier power bonus to proficiency and damage on your next attack.

Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to damage with your unarmed strikes.

Paragon Path

Empty Hand
Prerequisites: Unarmed Combat Neophyte, Focused Strike
An Empty Hand faces battles empty handed, without sword or shield, but able to pummel his foes into submission. He has honed his body, spirit, and mind into a weapon that can transcend steel.

Pure Body Meditation (11th Level): Whenever you spend an action point to take an extra action, you may also spend a healing surge.
Acolyte Training (11th Level): You automatically get the Unarmed Combat Acolyte feat and a +1 class bonus to damage with unarmed strikes.
Body or Spirit (16th Level): You automatically gain either the Flurry or Ki Blast feats, and may add your Wisdom modifier as bonus damage to unarmed or ki blast damage.

Strike Unseen Empty Hand Attack 11
Within a blink of an eye, your target never knew what hit him.
