- More clerics of Loki and/or thieves will arrive, turning the battle against the order.
- Numerous Deus ex Machinas foreseen and/or unforeseen will occur. EX:
* The cleric will raise the dead Belkar into an undead, probably a crappy one though.
*V will show up.
*Roy will show up as some kind of incorporeal undead or a Lifeless.
*Roy may possess Belkar's corpse.
*For no apparent raisin, Gary Gygax shows up riding the Dragon Magazine dragon.
- Back on topic: One way or another, the Order lives to see another day.
- New idiotic debates begin.

Now THAT'S a theory I like. Now, isn't there some feat that causes Inflict Wounds and Animate Dead all in one that he could use?

Belkar will die, probably by something mundane like a stray arrow or spell.

Probably not. There are too many plot useful ways Belkar can bite it, and our writer has a tendency to long forshadowing. The belt was over 200 strips. It took Miko 80 strips to reach the party. It was over a hundred before Xykon reached Azure City. Haley got her voice back in 60 [or 150 depending on how we count]. Belkar's prophecy took over 200. And several foreshadowings are not yet completed. I'd say it's going to be 620+ before Belkar needs to panic.
[Also Belkar has a hint that he is not checking out until at least January our time, which is also past strip 620, and long past this battle.]

- Crystal and Haley will fight, I'm guessing cleric VS. that other halfling and Celia (unfortunately) vs. Bozzok.

Crystal-Haley is rather likely, but as to the rest...

- More clerics of Loki and/or thieves will arrive, turning the battle against the order.

It is to be presumed that the Guild will be using overwhelming force here. They have already arrived.

Not a chance. And there will be only one or two Deus, if that many.

*Roy will show up as some kind of incorporeal undead or a Lifeless.
*Roy may possess Belkar's corpse.

Show up as a figure, maybe. as a participant, no way. Roy has been failing too much here, and will continue to.

Now how does the party escape? A couple of ideas...

If you like Pete, he is not on his way to the temple, but is opening the escape route from the basement. Then he will be on his way to the temple. This way, he gets the gratitude of both sides, if he doesn't get caught, as he likely will.
Alternately, V shows up in black and fries a lot of stuff.

My money is

1) Belkar gets the curse removed. I doubt it's a coincidence that one of the few situations where Haley would have both the means and the need to get the Belkster up and stabbing. She might immediately abandon him to slow the Guild down, though.

2) The Nameless Cleric may or may not bite it. It really depends on whether he says his name during the fight. I think(hope) he'll live at least long enough to raise Roy, 'cause that little bit of storyline doesn't have a whole lot left to it.

3) Pete gets his new eyes stabbed out by Belker at some point in the future.

And maybe: 4) Haley and Crystal start to fight, but then Crystal dies in a really anticlimactic way.

Didn't Bozzak's halfling minion actually get along with Haley? Perhaps he uses this chance to take out Bozzak and take over the guild. As anti-Chekov once said - 'one death and we all move up' (or something like that).

The sending spell gets cast, Haley fights a lot of the Thieves guild and kills them, Belkar does not get his curse removed yet, Haley beats Crystal, and I don't know where Bozzok comes in yet.
