Mechanics of Character Death [3.5]
Hi,
I'm looking for the game mechanics of character death and where they came from as related to playing D&D 3.5. House rules are nice, but I'm looking for official sources please.
Thank you,

Re: Mechanics of Character Death [3.5]
A creature dies when they reach -10 hit points. At that point, they cannot be healed by magical or natural healing, and bringing them back requires some sort of resurrection-type spell.
Was there something more specific you were looking for? I mean, that's pretty much it... undead and constructs die at 0 HP instead, and can't be raised without True Resurrection, if I recall correctly...Love the Third Amendment?
