[3.5] Barbarian/Psychic Warrior question

I was wondering if there was a way to manifest powers during when I was Raging. It's not like my character will be crippled without the ability (Half-Giant + Claws of the Beast, Expansion, Claws of the Vampire, Rage), but I'd still like the ability to use other powers before the Rage wears off.

Also, I want to make sure I'm reading this correctly, but as far as RAI goes I can maintain Psionic Focus (and expend it) during a Rage, correct? Thanks in advance.
