[3.x] Hexblade variant critique

This variant hexblade swaps some versatility in the number of spells potentially known for some powerful all-day buffs or at-will attacks.

Remove: Hexblade spell progression. Hexblades using this variant do not accumulate spell slots at 4th level or higher.
Add: Invocation progression, as detailed below. Hexblades using this variant choose their invocations known from the same list as the warlock (except that hexblades, lacking eldritch blast, cannot select eldritch essense invocations).
