WotC selling a product?

Has anybody heard news or rumor of WotC's plans for Legend of the Five Rings? I'm expecting them to sell it, for a few reasons:

1. It's going to covert poorly to 4e
2. There's been little support of it in quite a while, suggesting that they aren't terribly interested in it
3. There's a reasonably-large fan base, making it up-front profitable for them to sell to somebody who wants to keep the world running

I haven't come across anything myself, but am hopeful.
