Help Making Custom Avatars

Hello all of you wonderful, artistic people! I'd like a custom avatar but can't use MS Paint to save my life. I can't possibly be the only one out there with this problem, so I thought a thread where those artistic people would be able to help the unartistic/unskillled people like me might be helpful.

Can you help make custom avatars for people?
Do you need help making an avatar?

I'm an aspiring pixel artist, hope it's not too obvious. If you want me to make you an avatar, give me an idea and I'll work on it.
