    Default Bighorn ram 3.5E stats?

I have an idea for a halfling that uses a bighorn ram for a mount, but I have never seen stats for one printed. Does anyone here know if such stats have ever been printed?

No, I'm pretty sure it has never been printed, but you can probably re-fluff something.

I play primarily 3.5 D&D. Most of my advice will be based off of this. If my advice doesn't apply, specify a version in your post.

You might want to look at the Brixashulty in Races of the Wild. It's basically what you're going for, I think.
