Persi Enchantment
On a successful hit, this weapon attempts to "cut" a particular school of magic out of the target. Unless the target succeeds on a Will save (DC 10 + Damage Dealt), all spells in a school of magic (chosen when the weapon is enchanted with this ability; "Universal" is not a valid choice) is effectively removed from the target's class spell list - this means the target can no longer prepare spells, cast spells, use spell completion items, or use spell trigger items from that specific spell school. The afflicted spellcaster can occasionally fix it personally - but to do so, they must make a DC 25 Concentration check (The caster gets a +2 bonus on the check if the "cut" school is their specialty school) to retreat into their own mind to remove the spell. When so retreated, the spellcaster is Helpless, and stays that way for a number of days equal to the amount by which they failed the Will save (minimum 1 day). Otherwise the target remains completely unable to access the chosen school of magic until a heal, limited wish, miracle, wish spell, or other appropriate spell effect of 6th level or higher is used to cancel the effect. This enchantment can only be applied to a melee weapon that deals either slashing or piercing damage.

You're in luck. I got a very good look at her face and can provide a good description.

She had ... um... she was very ... oh my god. I CAN'T REMEMBER! I was looking RIGHT AT HER! I Just ... oh my god, I can't remember!
This spell prevents memories about your appearance from forming in all those who see you. Anyone who already knows you still recognizes you, and thus knows it was you (although they won't be able to describe what exactly you were wearing, if you were wearing makeup, and so on). The person looking at you gets a Will save the first time they try to describe what you looked like, or remember anything else about you. For every point they beat the save DC by, they can remember one aspect of your appearance (on a natural 20, they remember your entire appearance). A viewer with spell resistance checks immediately on seeing you.

Interesting. I'd price the knife higher, though, as it's ludicrously disabling (for a weapon, that is) and lasts forever without a debilitating recovery period or high-level spell.

Well, the school of magic is chosen when the weapon is created. So unless you're packing multiple weapons, and wielding them all (remember: Only works on melee weapons), the target really only loses one school of magic. While that's particularly annoying for a specialist, it's generally only going to have a relatively mild impact on a single encounter; it's a painful effect, granted, but it's not a save-or-lose.

Additionally, it requires a mid-leve mage to Craft (Feeblemind is a 5th level spell, after all), and it has no effect at all on non-casters, so you can't exactly reassure them that it won't be used *on them* very well, now can you....

As for the stuff that fixes it? Other than the little bit of retreating into your own mind to clean it out, the list of stuff to fix it is simply cloned from the Feeblemind spell - which does a lot worse (stops all spellcasting, not just one school).

If you make it much stronger, it completely nixes a spellcaster (which is what you were initially responding to as "ludicrously disabling"). It will, however, frighten a spellcaster something fierce (especially as it's liable to be used by a Rogue or Assasin), and can be used to temporarily tone-down a spellcaster at low to mid levels (target the school they're using most often).
