There is one that comes to mind from the Magic Item Compendium. Called the reliquary holy symbol or something like that, but basically the more of certain prerequisites you met, the more awesome powers it gave you.

There are also expanded Holy Symbols somewhere in Complete Champion that give different benefits or effects based on your deity.
