I think it's because of the wording. It's not just for Private areas, but for every room. I guess some people just don't want a complete no looking zone.

It doesn't have to be exactly like the spell, but it would be nice to have a private place in the base where your characters can be safe while deadtimed.

Anyway I dont see what Structural reinforcement could do to be bad cause you know... We have problems with VERY powerful enemies, and to be honest the problem with Mordinkaidens private sanctum cna be fixed by just saying that it prevents people from looking in once you activate a command word.

GLoG has a Private QIS Box that has been domesticated. He is trained to swallow - and immediatly spit out and never comepletly eat - Deadtime'd player. A Deadtimer being QIS'd should go without saying.

I always wondered where the term came from. In that case I guess the private sanctum is unnecessary although some other privacy measures (like what lex suggested) might be useful.
Also, I think I've been confusing private sanctum with magnificent mansion all this time .

Surprise, that wasn't a real suggestion, it was to point out the ludicrous-ness of throwing out spell names from ten and a half million different splatbooks. Seriously, describe the effect with words, not spell names.

QIS, by the way, stands for Quantum Indeterminate State, something used on the weregeek board PbPs, and have yet to see used here.
A player who has not posted for a while has his character "Swallowed" by the QIS, taking the character out of the action in a DEADTIME-like effect. In combat, the box will also swallow some enemies to keep the encounter balanced.

After being QIS'd for a while (The player drops from the game), the Character is said to have been eaten by the QIS.

Fanboy is a rather all out person. ALOT of the stuff was rather crazy as a maw of chaos is a caster level capless Disentergrate, Flurry Wings is the same thing except it does Force damage, and has a Range of 300ft, and requires no touch attack.
All spells on par with Gaterape stratgems.
