Domain help(Now with builds)

I recently asked if there was a domain that granted Combat Reflexes, unfortunatly my fears where confirmed when I was told that it did not exist. So now I am working on a home-brew version, I am working from the idea that it is based of speed and finness any suggestions(spells or otherwise):

Granted Power: You gain Combat Reflexes as a bonus feat.

That makes sense, and once again thanks for the domain. I'm trying to build a ranged AoO build.
