Random name generators
I used to have a random name generator called 'gename' or something like that on my old computer. It did great elvish-style names complete with weird accents and the like.
Pretty sure it was freeware. Anyone have it, know where to find it, or know where to find something similar?

Re: Random name generators
That one is awesome, and I bookmarked it. Unfortunately, it doesn't do the stuff I was looking for.
The one I was looking for does names like - Legárith, Gliolindë, Eärólindë

Re: Random name generators
I found a forum post here that attributes it to Johan Danforth, as well as a few other generators attributed to him. I think this is the same Johan; it might be worthwhile to contact him and ask.
Edit: Definitely Johan Danforth, confirm it here.
Edit: And I found his email in the guestbook, at the bottom of the page. However, as it is at the same domain, I wouldn't bet on it being checked or maintained.
Good luck.Last edited by RS14; 2008-12-07 at 12:30 AM.
