Size Categories - Real Life Data only

Any thoughts on how real life combat situations are modified by size differences?

This is NOT a D&D question, I just thought the modifications for tiny to gargantuan (6 AC?) and more detail for encumbrance, drag and lift in general.

Use any kind of maths you want. :)

This should be highly useful, especially for overland adventures, military campaigns and labour.
