Young raises and eyebrow and turns ever so slightly to reveal his handgun in it's holster.

Then he notices Amil.

The trio of bogeys takes this opportunity to lunge at the demon queen, aiming to disable her or beat her into submission!

Demon Queen holds up her other hand to Kyinde. I'm...I'm fine...

Then the bogeys rush.

Demon Queen's eyes snap open.

Snarling, she steps towards them and whips an arm in front of her.

They will find a lot more force was just thrown violently at them.

They, as well as Kyinde, may notice that Demon Queen's hands seem to be changing. Her fingers are getting longer, and becoming clawed.

The fruit vendor narrows his eyes, reaching down under his counter and whipping out-!

It looks really tasty.

"One bronze piece for apple. Or equivalent."

After being payed the man will continue intimidating people into buying his fruit. Even though it is really good.

As for Amil.

"What?" she stares at Young for a few moments as if he had just asked how many heads she has. "Oh, it's nothing. Just found out that the coins from Random Encounters are worthless. Now I just need to find someone who wants to buy a Jar of Continuity."

"That doesn't look especially fine, but you know better than me." Kyinde figured that wasting time on this wasn't a good idea when the fight was a more immediate issue. She leapt aside, then cast a spray of crystalline shards of ice at the bogeys.

The female alien gets up, brushes herself off, and looks over Lorraine.

She then gets her little anatomy/phys scanner out and scans Lorraine. And Alysha.

The male alien begins to crawl down the drain pipe.

Um... Alysha looks to Lorraine. She looks okay...I guess... She gives a small laugh.

Not exactly sure what the scanner can pick up on.

The bogeys pinned, Demon Queen uses this opportunity to try and regain control of herself.

Struggling, she pulls back her sleeve a little, revealing a mark, kind of like a sunburst, on her arm. She holds her hand to it for a moment, eyes closed.

Her breathing returns to normal, as do her hands. She opens her eyes again.

Sorry bout that.

Kyinde may now notice that a black sunburst has appeared on her forehead. And it's bleeding.

Probably the vampire you're standing next to, dear. Lorraine hasn't had her heightened sense of smell long enough to immediately identify things like that.

Amil reaches into the pocket on the front of her overalls and pulls out the Jar of Continuity.

Looks like a mayonnaise jar.

Though instead of being filled with mayo it's filled instead with... well... apparently continuity looks like mayo as well. "This. Helps to keep things from happening all at once."

She peers into the jar. Shakes it a bit. "I'm pretty sure it can be used as a potent reagent for magical items or something. But I need to find a wizard who wants to buy some."

The female probably finds the tracking chip in Lorianne. This will elicit a rather excited but completely unintelligible reaction from her. No idea WHAT she is saying, but she's excited about it.

The male is taking his sweet time on that pipe.

The smell Lorraine smells could also be the bottles of non-alcoholic Ichor Liquor Alysha carries around in the canvas bag slung over her shoulder. In case she has a, um, hunger attack.

Alysha giggles a little. She seems excited about something.

Reinholdt whirls when the door slams shut.
"Oh joy. Can you hold off the growling penguins? I'll go see if the control room will get that open." Reinholdt starts flying towards the control room! Unless Boris requests otherwise.

Boris doesn't reply, he's a little busy holding off the penguins. So hey, that works. He already has his silenced Makarov pistol, and also gets his ballistic knife, holding the two weapons with the Harries technique.

The control room is dark and cold, ice covering the long unused control panels, levers and switches. They're still plugged in though, cords leading into the walls, lights blinking dimly beneath the frost.

Outside, the penguins retreat slightly, qwarking away nervously, when Boris draws the gun. One of them appears to have a coughing fit, hacking like it's about to spit up a hairball, before suddenly regurgitating a burst of flame at Boris, trying to catch him off guard. Should being set alight prove to be distracting enough to force Boris to take his sights of the penguins, even for a second, they'll swarm him once more, trying to batter him with their wings and sink their dull teeth into his legs.

Claymore Bar and Grill

Zefir doesn't need much time it's more a placing an push a button. Zefir seems to just smlie by noteung the machines try to live.

After all he will now use both hands to free himself from the grap. While doing so he moves around the machine to have it as cover even when he fails to free himself.

The explosion itself won't be big, but beeing directly in front od it would hurt.

The machine lets out a high pitched whir, almost a scream, as Zefir pulls away and ducks behind it, the explosive detonating seconds later and hurling splinters and shattered metal across the bar, as well as blowing a massive hole in the the actual drinking machine. The scream dying as it's power does, the mannequin goes limp, the lights behind it's eyes flickering out.

Holder of the Rails

S'Kanthos succeeds in teleporting away, vanishing just before the light consumes the tunnel where he was only just seconds before. He doesn't, however, manage to teleport before the tendrils of malice manage to get in one last attack, snapping out from all sides, trying to strike the Seeker and batter him, several trying to grab him and hold on as he leaps away, so that they'll follow him as he tries to escape.
