What sort of healing you are limited to is dependent on if you chose to change your channel from positive energy so you can heal your allies. Or to negative energy so you can heal yourself.

If you chose to keep positive. You can use your channels to give the group healing using your channels AND, can sacrifice your 2 first level spells for a pair of cure light wounds.

If you chose to to switch to negative, you can use your channels to heal yourself, and sacrifice your 2 first level spells for a pair of inflict light wounds to heal yourself as well.

Okay, maybe other question - could somebody compile a list of characters and their current HP, preferably in an ordered fashion? It would give me better idea who needs howm uch healing, you know :-P ;-)
