    It wasn't my original intent, or even what I had in mind when I put their win status as inconclusive, but yeah. Once people mentioned it and I realized their win didn't require being alive, yeah it would have.

    While most of the Halfgods were glad the killers were caught and dead, Rogan could not join their celebration.
    He had killed too many of his camp neighbors. He had killed friends.

    And there still was someone out there, wishing to kill him. Maybe Jeen would give up, now that the worst was over. Maybe he would not.
    This was a risk Rogan was not willing to take! He could not! There was too much at stake.

    While the rest of the Halfgods were enjoying the Wine Book Wombat supplied, Rogan set out for one more kill. It would not take long till the young friends would hear the familiar sound of a striking thunderbolt.

    Rogan has died...

    Side note: any setup with free qt and masons is going to network d1. You either need to build in a counter or make wolves strong or we are fighting uphill to our deaths.

    This is mostly a setup complaint.

    If AV had told me he started to notice those views in my QT, I could have told her that I was online from multiple IPs, every time I was going to/from work. Should get an account for the next game, if I join again. But AV seemed so sure about you (and I had my doubts about your role at the beginning) I didn't question the idea.

    Xi getting blocked night 1. You getting scried. The necromancer capable of resurrecting a town confirmed seer (who also happened to be AV)

    I think without all those problems, you would have a much better standing.

    Well, fun game, even if wolves were in a terrible position for most of it. Kind of a combination of mistakes we made, issues with the setup, and general bad luck.
    Here's the Wolf QT, containing a whole lot of talk about us being screwed.

    It was definitely way too easy for town to network (both with the masons and with the resurrected guaranteed-town player). As bladescape said, some sort of counter to that or stronger wolf powers would have helped. Having a vortex might have helped with that if Xi hadn't died D2. A one-use unblockable kill might have been nice.

    Granted, we didn't really play that well early game either, with the issues with Snow's fakeclaim, Xi accidentally admitting to being voided, us deciding that Xi would do the N1 kill despite the fact that there was some suspicion on her after D1, and me choosing to kill flatfooted N3 while not realizing that FF had a bane.

    Also, congrats to BW for accidentally completely screwing us over with that N1 void.

    Eh, that makes some sense, but did you really have to put that much effort into figuring things out on the last day? Maybe if you'd tried to sow some confusion instead we could have gotten town to lynch Rogan or Murska? Okay, probably not, Cao was also doing a pretty good job of getting things straightened out.

    I will say, it was kinda weird that Jeen had to kill two people and was only able to void them, while Zelphas only had to kill one person and had an actual kill power.

    Some random specific things I plan to do already for the next game:

    No resurrection. Give Demeter children their own roles while maybe allowing neutral masons. More effectively planning out interactions and deciding what roles get feedback.

    Also was considering:

    In addition to the normal roles listed, giving the Wolves some type of additional power. Maybe that would just be boosting their existing power or adding another or something.

    One game I ran a long time ago had a town booster and it ended up being a little strong.

    I guess I was confusing it with my role in UPick, which was similar. In UPick I could only use each dead player's power once (active powers only), but also I could use them at any time, including using more than one power per night. It didn't feel too powerful, but then I came surprisingly close to winning after both my fellow wolves were killed D2, so maybe it was a bit too powerful.

    Yep same here it seems strange that someone who is actively trying to save someone's life wouldn't know if that person's life was endangered in the night.

    Depends on the setup. Less about sense and more about information. A doctor with feedback can be used to track down a killer (Xih) much more easily than a doctor without.

    If you didn't get Feedback N1 Xih possibly survives the lynch.

    I've personally seen it varied between results or not depending on how closed or blind the setup is.

    A thought: for the sequel, different neutral roles. These were fine, but the uncertainty about what was and wasn't in the game is absolutely necessary imo.
