OK I'll list appearances from the bonus comic-pages in Blood Runs in the family. This only includes extra comics which were integrated into the story, not bonus features.

Page 785a: Tarquin, Elan, Haley, Vaarsuvius, Blackwing, Mr. Scruffy, Zz'dtri (disguised as the elf ambassador), Kilkil. Also had unnamed Empire of Blood guard, entertainers, and civilians.

Added: the entertainers are reenacting the Lets go out to the lobby, and represent the characters Popcorn, Soda, Milk Dudes and Pizza. Milk Dudes is called by his Tyrinarian name Milkdudicus, but it is clear these are appearances of the characters from the intermission strip.

I double-checked and think that's all, but others should feel free to confirm this.

Page 743a: All 6 members of the OotS (Roy, Elan, Haley, Belkar, Durkon, Vaarsuvius), plus Blackwing and Mr. Scruffy. Also has, in a flashback, the giant bird that ate the Azure city wizard who teleported the party in War & XPs, plus the half-eaten skeleton of that wizard.

Should give an extra +1 to Nale as that flashback is from when he was pretending to be Elan.

... are reenacting the Let's Go Out to the Lobby (from strip 301). Therefore, they are dressed as Popcorn, Soda, Milk Dudes and Pizza, who should all get extra appearances in extra material. Milk Dudes apparently goes by the tyranarian "Milkdudeicus", but I think it is clear that it's the same characters.

In other news, I was rereading "Snips, Snails, and Dragon Tales," and noticed that Bandana's father (seen in the flashback in strip 959) appears on pages 2, 3, and 6 of "Julio Scoundrel - Curse of the Mummy Queen." It looks like at the moment he is only listed in the bonus material only section as "Male Bandana'd Crewman" with 3 appearances. Though if this was noted somewhere else and I missed it then never mind!

He's called Fidel Secundus and he's in cameos with 4 bonus appearances.

Yes, I know he isn't appearing in it. As I put in parenthesis, its a (mention). The way you said it, it appeared you were only saying he appeared once in the comic in color. Which was my point. The mention was just more of me copy and pasting my whole list of references to him.

I'm risking getting dangerously pedantic here, but the appearance I posted is the only one where you see enough of him to compare to the new comic. Seeing the back of his head doesn't just wasn't relevant.
