You sound awfully confident about something that's quite clearly not in the text you linked to.

Thor didn't say that. He was referring to gods who voted "destroy" during the moot, as in it's one of the reasons they voted that way.

The book can't end after the fight with Xykon. There are still too many loose threads. To name some, after the current Serini subplot, we still have room for:
    1. Revealing MitD
    2. Defeating Xykon
    3. Capturing Redcloak and attempting parley and perhaps cooperation
    4. Revealing the Snarl - we still don't know what the planet and sea are
    5. IFCC plan - involving Tiamat so likely also involving some sort of war between gods (not to mention The Dark One) that hasn't been explored yet
    6. Azurite subplot - we still don't know Daigo's surname!
    7. Tarquin subplot - we know Ian is forming a resistance and the Order wanted to come back (and Sabine wants to kill him too)
    8. Roy's dad subplot - the blood oath is over, but Roy never got to tell his mom and sister about Eugene's oath not to bug them
    9. V's spouse subplot
    10. Durkon's mom's arm and Kudzu
    11. Dispelling Bloodfeast
    12. Belkar's death
    13. Elan's happy ending

Some of these might be dealt with quickly, one or two might not appear at all, but there is still a lot left to do in this one book. It will have to be very big even without another journey all over the world.
