    Default Homebrewer's Spell Compendium: Submissions thread.

    I notice there is no compendium for homebrewed spells. Homebrewed spells can be the bestest of spells ^,..,^
    So I'm going to make a compendium for it. Naturally my own reach is limited.

    And so there is this thread, for everyone to post their spells or links to their spells, or any homebrewed spell you can find.

    For convienience, please do so if you can in this format, or include an entry in this format.

    Ok let's try this... for some reason I'm starting with my oldest work which is... well some of it is 3.0 I think and a lot of it is from when I was still borrowing a 3.5 PHB if not running some weird 3.2. There are more in that post but I have other things I need to do now ): And some of these need an editor.

    Arcane
    Metabolic Burst| Duskblade 1, Sor/Wiz 1| V, S | Gain an extra attack this round at the cost of 1 round of fatigue.

    Fire Stars| Sor/Wiz 7| V, S, M | 2 fireballs capped at 20d6 damage, can't overlap.

    Sense Swap| Sor/Wiz 1| V, S, M | You and willing creature temporarily trade your racial abilities with one sense.

    Ray of Fright| Sor/Wiz 3| V, S, M | Ray panics target, shaken on successful save.

    No Breath| Sor/Wiz 4| V, S | Target does not need to breathe for 1 hour/caster level.

    Metabolic Increase| Duskblade 3, Sor/Wiz 3| V, S | Gain an extra non-spell standard or move action each round for 1 round/caster level or double full attack, spells are more difficult to cast and fatigued for 1 minute per caster level.

    Pnakost's Dark Sphere| Sor/Wiz 4| V, S | Orb of darkness damages creatures not harmed by light (strangely enough I didn't put a level placed damage cap like I should have).

    Pnakost's Hands of Darkness| Sor/Wiz 1| V, S | Hands hold target in place.

    Askidel's Thundersword| Duskblade 6, Sor/Wiz 7| V, S, F | Create a rapier of lightning for touch attacks, can be blown up.

    Morriel's Blast of the Bronze Dragon| Duskblade 3, Sor/Wiz 3| V, S, M | Lightning strikes a target or square and explodes.

    What about things which are specific to a particular class? And what about things like Mysteries or Invocations which aren't exactly spells but occupy the same conceptual space?

    What if you have spells that appear on both Arcane and Divine spell lists? For real game examples Scrying, Detect Magic, Daylight, etc.

    That's very nice though, creating new spells in this submissions thread. Very lovely :3 Gives more use to it.

    I'll be keeping up on this thread, but updating the Compendium once per day, before I go to bed, with all the new spells since I last updated. I think once a week I'll go on a splurgyspree and run around finding all the spells I can on my own :3
    This way it doesn't take up so much of my time and motivation for things in general.

    It's elemental damage, so it can bypass DR.

    I needed to create those spells for my arcane composer class anyway.

    [PF] Initiator NPC Templates - Quickly applied maneuvers for DMs.
    [PF] Initiator Balance Rule - A lightweight fix to balance casting and martial classes.

    So it's just like the [good] descriptor thingy. For overcoming DR... Mm... Never seen a DR source that is weak to one of those o-0

    Animate Tiny Animal Undead | Sor/Wiz 0, Witch 0 | V,S,M (10 gp onyx) | Animates a tiny animal as an undead that obeys the caster.

    Sacrieur, those cantrips of yours are broken. +2 damage, all day long, on every weapon in the party by mid levels. That's significant power, better by far than magic weapon which is a 1st level spell. For a cantrip, it might be acceptable if the duration is 1 min, not 1 day/level.
