There's a few depending on the situation, but the closest thing to a catch phrase I have is probably "aaaannnyway" used as a segue.

I don't deliberately make catchphrases for myself, but I think there are some things I say often enough that they can be considered as such.

Apparently I say "it is what it is" a lot. My first clue was when my mom bought me a T-shirt that says "id est quod id est."

I don't have verbal catchphrases, I have handsey ones. I'll usually eityher clap my hands and point with both hands, or snap both fingers and point with both hands when I suddenly remember something or am looking for something and realize where it is, or various other situations. I've done it so much it's a very fluid move. Never noticed I started doing it until friends pointed it out. They were amused.

I have a few I find myself saying a lot.

Life’s a b and then you d. (B is for bitch and d is for die, but I don’t say that around my kids.)

Swell, and you? (In response to how I’m doing.)

You can always flip that switch. (Referring to bad behavior from my kids.)

Yare-yare. (For “my my” when my infant is upset.)

I mostly just wanted an opportunity to show of my (lackluster) knowledge of Latin. Does this make me weak and vain? Yes.

Same here. I still remember that line from Ceasar's De Bello Gallico: Hi omnis fortissimi sunt Belgae (of them all, the Belgians are the bravest). Being from Belgium myself, it somehow appealed to me. Strange, isn't it?

I have a 4 year old daughter, 6 nieces, and I work in a school. I probably shouldn't utter "I hate children..." as often as I do.

...But then, if you've ever worked in a school, you'd probably understand.
