Pulling one at this point would probably be enough for me to drop the comic altogether...

    FINISH HER!

I assume we get 1-2 more pages of Agatha's mental struggle against Lucretia, possibly with another hint of her motivation, and that being the last of Lu we'll see for a while.

Is it just me or do they BOTH look like Lucrezia? Not sure how much Agatha is really left to save at this point.

Am also going to put a quatloo on "electric ghost," possibly "electric ghost in a can" since that is specifically what Albia asked for so they could dissect Agatha's mother later.

Time-traveling Lu being a queen makes so much sense, though. Looking back at the geisterdamen who put Lu into Agatha in the first place, they basically talk about Lu the same way the British talk about Albia.

Although at this point I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out that older Agatha is time-traveling Lucrezia and she is, in fact her own mother. This story is weird like that.

I think it's just you--the two ghosts look very dissimilar to me. The only thing even slightly the same is the grimace, although even there it's pretty clear that Agatha is grimacing in anger while Lu is in pain.

Agatha looks a little divergent from her normal appearance (of course she doesn't have her glasses on and is wearing a pretty non-Agatha-like outfit, so there's plenty of reason for that), but she does seem pretty distinct from Lucrezia. I suspect if this were physical Agatha, right after she banished Lu, she'd have another 'why am I wearing this ridiculous outfit?' moments.

Yeah, this is the end of Lu in Agatha's head. I don't think the people there can see this, this is more for the readers I think (could be wrong though). Lu goes into a box and we have Clank Lu trapped in an immobile body. At least I HOPE it's immobile or else she's going to grab the box this Lu is in and run. Unless Lu escapes Albia and the gang was going to have two versions of Lu to interrogate. Albia can have the boxed on while Gil, Tarvek and Agatha can have Clank Lu. One odd thing though are the marks on the left side of Lu's face. I'm certain I have seen something like that before in this comic, but can't place it.

Perhaps the scars on cyborg Lu's face?

Aside from the grimace they look different.

I don't see why there would be any less of Agatha there than there was 30 minutes ago, i.e. she's all there.

Pretty sure it's just you. Granted most of the difference is in the hair, other than the facial scaring. But Lu always has square/rectangular bangs, while Agatha has swooping bangs and a bigger cowlick.

Related note, is anyone else disturbed by the artwork in the 2nd to last panel of this one? I think that's supposed to be a fist but it looks an extra set of abs on first look...

Kinda hoping this leads to Agatha getting a "Queen" mode.

Well albia DID mention it gets easier each time you do it and dont explode. So its likely queen mode is something that will come up again some day. Now she has had a couple flare ups into second breakthrough mode and survived, the third will likely be easier.

The shape of the face is different, too. Lucrezia is usually drawn with a sharper jaw and wider cheekbones, making her face kind of a pentagon. Agatha's face is a more regular oval.

The pentagon on Lucrezia's face is very pronounced on the latest page, though Agatha's ace is in profile there.

I say "usually" because Phil Foglio's art style tends to give a dramatic elasticity to the characters' faces.

Might be a bit too specific, but since there is incest, wrestling and Ghostbusters-inspired (I will not goole it, but it is a safe bet) adult content on the web, they might intersect. At least statistically it s within the realm of possible things. I will not test the hypothesis mind you.

Yeah the reason for my confusion is because Agatha usually has a longer, more rounded face while Lu has a much shorter, much wider face with the square bangs, but in the latest comic Lu on the left with the square bangs has a longer, more oval face and Agatha with the cowlicks on the right has a much shorter, wider and more angular face.

Maybe it's just angry Agatha looking more like her mother and ghost-Lu being sucked into the electric ghost trap tin. I'm sure everything is fine; this feels like an arc resolution page.

I wonder if Agatha will have any of Lu's memories left after the personality is exorcised.

That would suggest she had access to any of Lu's memories before. While Lu seems to have full access to anything Agatha remembers, the reverse has never been so that I recall.

Nothing direct. She did obtain an intuitive sense of how Lucrezia's technology works, and it just sort of made sense to her that Lucrezia's lab was hidden under Castle Heterodyne. It's why Lucrezia was planning to kill her up until Zola outwitted her.

Lucrezia did not have acces to Agatha's memory, I think? Which is why she was so bad at playing her role and how Tarvek tried playing them both way back when. But Lu has been able to observe for a while as the locket weakened.

That might be how it works both ways, thinking about it--each personality can observe what the other one is doing when they're not in control, but they don't have access to the other personality's memories. Lucrezia's been in Agatha's head for a long time, so has "seen" a lot of Agatha's life, whereas Agatha's seen nothing of Lu's previous life.
