I was not expecting that. I was not expecting that at all.

Guess that's it for the Linear Guild. Still.

    Oh. My. God.

    What just happened?

Nale can't be dead... He was such a good recurring villain! I doubt Elan can take both Tarquin and Laurin though.

Sabine has just flipped her lid, I suspect.

It'll all depend on whether or not Tarquin leaves the bodies behind. If they get left behind, Sabine can collect them and get them raised when she comes back.

    ...

Elan wasn't very happy with Tarquin's actions.

That's... Interesting. After all Nale's done, Elane wasn't one bit happy with this.

I laughed. Finally, Nale is dead. I am so happy, I can't even begin to express.

Good-bye, Nale. You'll be missed. But not by me.

I did not see that coming. I don't even know what's going to happen now. Sabine will freak, for sure, but would she be willing to join up with the Order to get her revenge? Is Elan going to attack Tarquin right now?

This is a case where he isn't dust, though, so as it stands in this strip he could get res'd by someone if they can retrieve part of the corpse before his daddy disposes of it.

Holy crap! I'm stunned. Tarquin is one cold-blooded S.O.B.

    *edit*

Also, what does this mean for Sabine? Her storyline was heading toward a choice between her bosses at the IFCC and Nale, or so I thought. Or do Sabine and Nale's soul now get to hang out at IFCC headquarters?

His own son also killed his best friend in a similar manner. I think familial ties get dropped at that point.

That was... wow. I saw Tarquin being mad, but not this.

And this WAS a test for Nale. Just not the one half the forum thought.

Gotta admit, I have to wonder just how much Tarquin pissed Nale off as he grew up to hate the Old Man so. This went beyond 'disporpotionate retribution' to out and out hatred.

Living in his shadow much have been far too much for Nale.

Wait, I think I know why the Giant was tight-lipped about Nale's alignment. We're going to see where he goes. If he is LE, he might go straight to where V and Sabine are.

Ok then. I believe this removes the Linear Guild from the storyline as a major force. It will be interesting to see what happens now between Elan and Tarquin.

Did not see that coming. I did not see that coming.

But what also really surprises me is how Elan reacts. His arch nemesis just died, but still Elan reaction sounds more like his dearest friend got killed.
