Not to be a debbie downer but historically speaking funny joke bathroom signs just cause issues. I've seen people more often than not just roll their eyes at it, and the issue of "okay but which one has facilities for female body needs and vice versa?" becomes a question. Obviously in the ideal world they'd both have both, but a funny jokey thing like this wouldn't really... present, that.

I don't know how old you are or how long you've worked in IT, but for what it's worth I often felt riddled with self-doubt during my earlier days as a programmer, though I tried to hide it. Having acquired more experience and confidence now I can say I did well enough back then and am now reasonably certain I'm one of the best programmers my company has (it's a small company, but still).

Also, I remember you devoted considerable time and effort to improving your skills/knowledge by pursuing certification and I'm guessing a lot of that came out of your spare time. That's already a lot more than any company can reasonable expect of any employee. Those are the signs of someone who knows what they're doing. And that still holds true even if it was company time.

All of this is true, but Impostor syndrome and worry about eventually losing the nob and not being able yo find another are very much things.

Plus just a general inability to force myself to study for more certifications right now.

Just in a bit of a lull I need to get past.

I do! To those who get lucky! I'm the one who knows where the prizes are, I can game the system all I want. Whether the wins are up or down is all about the ratings and how much is being given away, baby!

Minimally related: Got to Olympus Heights in Bioshock Remastered this morning (took the day off, my mandatory-before-eye-surgery-will-be-scheduled counseling appointment is in a few hours); I'm reasonably certain I've never seen distilled water as loot off any enemies that generate there (ie any enemy in the game that isn't a spider splicer), and definitely certain I've never had anything but distilled water be the limiting factor in crafting electric gel before. I can only assume drop tables have been adjusted (corrected?) in the remaster; and making previously rare stuff much more readily available is the gist of Monty Haul (as opposed to Monty Hall, which is about opening doors and/or bringing hard-boiled eggs into a studio).

The cash stays in my pocket, the doors have cars and goats. Jeez, it's like you're not even in a whacky costume for this!

Also, there are one billion doors, the prize is behind one. I like to make the math easily understandable on it.

Okay, I was trying to avoid a huge detailed explanation but...

In this setting, "dragon" isn't a taxonomic category. There are countless beings that all meet the in-universe definition of "dragon" without being related to each other.

Symbiote-Dragons are dragons that were created by Knull, Primordial Elder God of the Void, out of Living Abyss, which is a form of Anti-Life, a sort of matter/energy/thingy that is created as sort of an equal and opposite of life and creation that infects and either kills or corrupts anything that it makes contact with. They are not related to say, Asgardian Dragons, or Lockheed's race.

Knull's experiments with it, via his power over it, created a living substance that could safely infect and bond with anything, be used to create weapons that could kill and steal power from Gods, and be shaped into any form and take on any physical, material property(not unlike Reed Richard's unstable molecules, a comparison tha'ts been made a few times.)

In addition to a Sword(All-Black) and Armor for himself, Knull created an army of Wyvernlike beings that existed as a Hivemind in which he was the central unit, to use as an army. These dragons could shed living Abyss to infect and control other beings(a process called Knullifcation) to both gain more minions and steal knowledge and power for Knull.

While some examples of these creatures possessing free-will of some form date back to at least ten-thousand years ago—the "Slithering Djinn" who was a companion of a previous Sorcerer Supreme and eventually bonded to Conan of Cimmeria in Savage Avengers vol 1, for example—it was only a few hundred years ago when Thor was fighting a Symbiote-Dragon that Knull was using as an Avatar and a full-powered Mjolnir upside the head fried the damn thing's brain that the creatures of Living Abyss, as a category of organisms, universally possessed their own sentience. Thor's blow temporarily brought down the hive mind, the individual members suddenly formed their own minds for themselves backed on memories they'd absorbed from hosts or shared acoss the hive mind, they all decided "hey, **** this guy" and they all turned on Knull, beat him into a coma, and then a few million of them merged together into a living planet with Knulls's comatose body at its core.

They named the planet "Klyntar," which means cage in their native language, and modern symbiotes like Venom and Carnage are the result of the now free offshoots undergoing natural evolution over the course of a few centuries.

Is your diabetes insulin dependent? Because if it is, you could theoretically have the snack and then take extra insulin to compensate. Alternatively, see if Miss Debbie does sugar-free versions, although you'll need to be sparing of eating those because the sweeteners they usually use mean you will become very well acquainted with your toilet.
