To be fair, we'll need something of firmer stuff for this Atropal.

If it's an Atropal you want then I recommend a single dose of black lotus extract twice per day and a steady diet of hard liquor, unholy water, and still-animate skulking cysts*. You should also spend as much time as possible in the area of an Unhallow spell, preferably on a minor negative-dominant and strongly Lawful Evil-aligned demiplane, and make sure the delivery happens there. Oh, and get lots of exercise.

Hey, I'm running an up and coming corporation. The investors loved the fact that I am the only one paid. Everyone else is an unpaid intern that doesn't last very long. Also my bonuses are paid in stock. Also many of our projects are outsourced to other people without them knowing so we don't pay them. The busy part comes with making ties to this other organization. Unfortunately we require all people to take an in-house multifaceted exam to determine how many of the in-house introductory courses they need to take, but after that you can take low level courses such as that by correspondence. Starting with mid level courses, such as basic theory on chaos, we require in-house participation. Higher level courses generally are part in-house and part field experience.

Suit yourself, though our wastelander style worn and weathered lead cloaks are quit popular. Also we only have to replace them half the time when the interns leave the company before they reach paid status. Shame about that turnover.

What, you want to know which magazine it is in? dragon 156. Without looking it up i can tell you its breath weapon is horrifying. It is a cloud of soup bubbles that persist for a while that force you to make a save to close your eyes or your eye sting really badly and you become blind. It is up there in powerful breath weapons with the radiation spewing purple dragon.
