“Hello there, children.

Tonight, it is only a few days before christmas. Santa is flying around the world already, to make a list and find out which children have been naughty and which children have been nice. The nice children get nice presents, but the naughty children get punishment, oh yes they do...

However, this tale is not about Santa. It is about his hard-working helpers, back at the fortress. Every day the elves work hard, crafting sweet candy and beautiful toys. The reindeer left behind train extra hard, so they will be chosen to pull the sleigh on christmas night. The snowmen work their magic and bring beautiful white christmas snow to the world. There are some that slack off and do nothing, but most are determined to do their very best.

If this tale was nice, it would end there. Unfortunately, it is not.”

These were the thoughts of the shadows that dashed through the icy north pole. It was extremely cold, but they couldn’t care less about that. They had to run, run, run. A grin was spread on each of their faces. They had been planning to attack for a while now. Yes, yes, a long while. But they could finally have their fun, fun, fun. After all, they had the perfect plan to get into the great castle on the north pole. Or did they?

Santa’s helper (villager)
I do not possess any special powers, but I are still determined to make Santa’s castle safe again before his return.

Grumpy grandpa elf (seer)
Every day, I sit in my chair and yell at those pesky kids to get off my lawn. But if you yell at the same kids for long enough, you tend to remember their faces. Also, get off my description, you pesky kid!

Crazy grandpa elf (fool)
These underpants look really nice on my head! Why doesn’t everyone wear them like that? Oh hi, didn’t see you there! By the way, I am the real grumpy grandpa elf. That man over there? He's just craaaaaaaaaazy!

Music band (masons)
Work is easier if you play fun music to go along with it! We have been friends for so long, we know all of each other’s secrets. In fact, we even have secrets that we will not reveal in this message. I wonder how useful they will be!

Clumsy elf
Oops, I tripped! Oh, um, hi, could you maybe please help me stand up? I am rather clumsy. I accidentally switch presents, or mess up cookie recipes, or drop the christmas balls. I don’t do it on purpose, I swear! Please don’t tell mr. S!

Rudolf the red-nosed reindeer
Although all of the other reindeer bully me, it only makes me want to pull the sleigh even more, just to prove that I am not as weak as they think. I even train at night! Unfortunately, I don't get a lot of sleep, but it will pay off!

the S (mayor, secondary role)
I am the Supervisor. Or the Spare Santa. Or the Special elf. But just call me the S, okay? I look after those little inexperienced elves. That does give me some influence. In fact, my opinions matter twice as much as those little kids. Although Santa has put me in charge, if I can’t do my job anymore for any reason, I will have to appoint a new S.

Hee, hee, hee. Killing elves is so much fun, fun, fun. Maybe we should write a song about it! We’ll take out one every night, so they’ll be scared for a looooooong time! A ha ha ha ha!

Traitor (Alpha)
Offering these wolves my help was a good plan. They were surprised when I talked to them, but quickly agreed. If I act innocent enough, the others will never see me as a threat.

Why would you assume that? Generally asking for clarifications causes the narrator to hop in and clarify things. Is there something that's confusing you? *hasn't really looked at the rules all that closely for this game*
