Along the same lines... Blood calls to Blood feat from the same book, as well as Fiend Blooded Prc.

Surprisingly enough, both FC's have next to nothing, as far as blood in it's purest form is concerned.

Tainted Scholar has Blooded Magic or something like that. +damage to spells if you prick yourself for 1 damage. Can also con damage yourself for metamagic.

Avasculate and Avascular Mass (Necromancy spells from Spell Compendium) force the victim's blood to come spurting out of its body.

Fountain of Blood - 4th level Tiger Claw boost
Bloodletting Strike - 5th level Shadow Hand strike
Five-Shadow Creeping Ice Enervation Strike - 9th level Shadow Hand strike (fluffed as freezing the blood in an opponent's veins)

The Bloodclaw Master and Bloodstorm Blade both have "blood" in their names, but I don't think they have much to do with actual blood...

Humanity, it's nice in that the first four levels maintain full progression, but it requires awful feats to qualify. Also, you have to have died (or come close), though I really don't think many DMs enforce that one.

You also get a second familiar... sort of. Getting the homunculus requires losing 1 CL, but RAW it can take feats.

Magic weapon signature: Bleeding (Dungeon Master's Guide II). Any time you draw a weapon with the bleeding signature, it drips (What I assume to be, anyway) human/oid blood. This replaces a weapon's normal glowing property.

the prereqs aren't too far off. might make for an unusual gish variant.
