Sorry to post in such quick succession, but two things that just occurred to me upon a reread:

1. Interesting that they're landing at Tinkertown, rather than near the Dwarven Lands like most of us were expecting. Durkon's got to get there somehow, darn it - but how?

2. At first I thought that Belkar's "I'll go... uh... check on Mr. Scruffy" was just an excuse to shuffle offstage, but looking back at it, it seems like he's looking at the HPOH, who we know is going back down to do spell research. Am I the only one wondering if Belkar is planning a staking?

I like the sound of Tinkertown. I worry about noone noticing Durkon ignoring/fighting Thor's signs.

That is "noone in comic", of course. The playground obviously has noticed already.

It seems as though the party's been around Roy long enough that they can make prudent decisions without him.

That, actually, is the greatest sign of a leader. When they make good decisions and don't need to run to you to ask you what those decisions should be, you've triumphed.

Major Kudos on Roy's leadership. Blackwing is quite correct. They are soaring on their own.

Apparently, Roy's been reading John Maxwell's book 'Developing the Leaders around you.' Good for him, and them.

Hmmm. Tinkertown...sounds interesting. Glad they got through the storm. I was afraid it might drag on for several more comics. How far is Tinkertown from the Dwarven Lands. Just next door, I presume.
Also does anyone else think Thor's intention with the storm was to send them off course from the Dwarven Lands?

V will identify magical items recently acquired. Does that means we'll find out what those wands Haley got off Z do? Or if Tarquin's axe or his knife are enchanted? Can't think of any other magical items they may have gotten. Not counting Malack's staff, of course.

Blackwing's bauble is probably magical. But it doesn't matter. We won't see the identification process. If a magic item comes up, its utility will either be explained at the time or it will be self-explanatory.
