There is no Eastern Pantheon, but assuming you mean the Western Pantheon, I see arguably two, and it's not clear which species they are.

This could lead to a bit of a dispute over what qualifies as a mitre. I'm gonna propose the third one is Hurak, the High Priest of Thor, in #1007.

So we have - Gnome in 968, Human(s) in 999, and Dwarf in 1007.
