Ok, i've heard of Gender Identity, but... Reassignment? Are you going to buy brain soap*?

Basically I was born male but my mind works more like that of a female. so I'm going through a process to change my body into that of a female to match my mind.

It means Fay is a transsexual and is finally managing to get her re-assignment done.

I'm actually transgendered not transsexual
Slight difference.

Or, to further explain, that she was physically a dude and emotionally a girl, and the former is going to change.

Crude explanation... not entirely wrong... but still crude.
