Here's my recording, as promised. This is the piece/excerpt (it's only about the first two pages, my audition had to be under three minutes and that was best place to stop) I auditioned for Governor's School with:

Sonatina for Flute and Piano by Eldin Burton

There's a couple little mistakes/squeaks, I haven't played it since... February? I think? Something like that.

Well I think it sounds really nice
but then I don't know that much about music.

I don't need no instrument. I have mah hat.
