Yes, apparently these insects follow a 13-year cycle of a population boom. I asked my son when got a chance if he could catch some for me during his patrols in the Mortal World. I'd love to see some of them in the gardens at my house.
Michiko is visibly amused by Kazuma's flusterment. It's a good thing, then, that Katisugo's intervention spares him from further embarrassement.
