Makes it for an exaltation chance on a 1-5 rather than a normal 1-3 for just knocking up DBs.

Completely unrelated, is there a fast gestation//training charm anywhere? I'd like to know before someone else finds it.

Shoulda taken the Dragon-blooded heritage merit. Would make it 1-6.
