Yeah. The chemicals in which the markings on the scroll are written are extremely poisonous. Licking the scroll might not be such a good idea. It looks like Mister C is going to have to either find another way to prep the scroll for deciphering or convince Percilia-prime that he is resistant to poisons for some reason.
