I think people should talk about masturbation more. Especially female masturbation, and LGBT+ masturbation, and basically masturbation that isn't straight cis guys getting off to exploitative lowest-common-denominator porn, and the jokes that arise thereof. Not that there's anything wrong with being straight, cis, male, and getting off to standard-issue porn, just that it's a very restrictive paradigm, especially for those of us who are never going to fit into the image. And even for the people who do. I mean, I only found out that women "could" masturbate in my very late teens.

While I agree that people, in general, should be more open with regard to sexuality and all things related - perhaps not the best place to talk about it?
