You might want more in the way of physical description and less in the way of fluff. All you really said was what his race was (very loosely) and that he wears normal clothes.

Actually, I can't really picture him in my head, and therefore can't describe that picture (because it doesn't exist). But I said a little more than his race plus "wears normal clothes" (the bit about his previous name says "he's ugly.")
