I would like to request a new avatar, (just like everyone else. )

I would like to have a Warhammer 40K Commissar holding a crossbow and Lance, preferably with a head lying at his feet and him pointing the crossbow off panel at something else.
I would like him to also have a smirk on his face, not an evil one, but not a happy smile either.
